I am an Associate Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands, with a PhD in Computer Science. My current research focuses on mobile robotics, visual mapping, localization, SLAM, visual place recognition, machine/deep learning, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). My work has been published in leading international journals and conferences in robotics and computer vision. At UIB, I lecture on both undergraduate and master’s courses, blending theoretical foundations with hands-on applications.
